Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read our terms and conditions of use below. You must read all of the information before booking. Entering the park is considered your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Location

The location is: Brockford Sidings, Brockford Green, Brockford, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 5NN.

 

Drive past the Sidings carriages and past the campsite, which are both on your right. The dog park is then on your left, just past the white gate.

 

Car Park

Please wait at the campsite parking and check that the previous user of the dog park has left. Please remember that some people will be using the park because their dog is reactive to people or other dogs.

 

Once you have checked, you are free to park your car inside the dog park, next to the shed, against the fence line. This is so that you may release your dogs straight into the park without a leash. Please obviously check that the gate is shut behind you before you let your dogs out!

 

Vehicles and contents are left entirely at owners own risk.

 

Dog Health and Welfare

Please ensure that your dog(s) are up to date on their worming and vaccinations, including any dogs left at home.

 

If your dog is unwell on the day of your visit, please do not bring them. We will allow you to reschedule instead for the benefit of all users.

 

Dogs must be handled in-line with current welfare guidelines and regulations. Anyone found to be mis-treating their dog will be asked to leave immediately and may be reported.

 

A tap is provided for fresh drinking water and for cleaning your dog(s) at the end of your session.

 

Children

Children may attend the site but must be fully supervised by their responsible adult. Please pay particular attention around other dogs and do not let your child touch unknown dogs without the owner’s permission in advance.

 

Dog Park Use

The dog park and equipment are used entirely at your own risk to yourself, the rest of your party and your dogs. We cannot accept any liability for injury or damage to people or dogs. If equipment or fencing is broken, please report it immediately to the phone number on the gate.

 

Please ensure that you leave the field five minutes ahead of your finishing time to allow other users their full, time allocation.

 

You must clear up after your own dogs to keep the site clean for all users. A bin is provided for disposal, but you must bring your own bags.

 

The equipment is free to use and can be found either in the field or inside the shed. These include: a shed to provide shelter; tunnels; high jumps; long jumps; and slalom poles which must be fixed into the ground before use. Take care when handling as these have pointed ends.

 

Please arrive on time as we cannot issue refunds or extend sessions for late arrivals.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will not be given for cancellations or no-show visitors.

 

We will not provide refunds for delayed sessions or late start times.
